My family and I had an excellent experience with Claudia and the H.O.M.E.S Relocation team. Moving internationally can be stressful, but Claudia made the entire process feel easy, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish.

She was always professional, responsive, and proactive, providing clear guidance and practical recommendations every step of the way. Her knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the relocation process, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently.

I am extremely happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Claudia and H.O.M.E.S Relocation to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive relocation partner.

Thank you, Claudia, for making my move such a positive experience.

Claudia was amazingly helpful with my move to Basel, and I highly recommend working with her! Despite my tricky relocation timing at the end of last year, Claudia was always confident we'd find a place early this year, and she found me a great off-market apartment right when she said she would, using her personal contacts. She was also incredibly helpful navigating the registration and address-change processes, which can feel overwhelming as a stranger in a new country. She was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout. Thank you so much, Claudia - the least I can do is give you a five-star review!

We had an outstanding experience working with Claudia during our relocation to Basel. She was incredibly supportive, quick to respond, and consistently provided thoughtful advice that made our transition and integration much easier. Through her strong local network and excellent understanding of our needs, she helped us find a beautiful apartment in a great location in a remarkably short time. Her guidance on schooling was equally valuable and gave us confidence during a very important decision for our family. We are truly grateful for her support and highly recommend her services.

Absolutely 1st class service from Claudia. Claudia showed me around many places in different areas and advised about all the differences by Canton. Claudia listened to what I thought I wanted, and then we had great dialogue about each location. In the end , I was fortunate enough to be shown the best place last, and it is perfect!!! Many thanks Claudia for everything.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the agency that helped me with so many important things since I arrived in the Canton of Basel - from registration and finding an apartment to countless other activities and support that went far beyond a professional relationship.

The energy, dedication, kindness, and genuine human approach - that special human touch we all need, are all part of this incredible team. Special praise goes to Claudia.

I will never forget the help and support I felt at every important step during my journey. Words are simply not enough, but I hope that everyone who reads my review will understand that this is a truly professional service provided by wonderful people.

Claudia has been very helpful and proactive in various aspects of our relocation from India to Basel. This included house searching, understanding the culture, and various formalities around Swiss registration, Bank account opening to name a few. She was our go to person for any issue we faced and we received genuine guidance on all related matters. We would highly recommend her and this company for relocation assistance.

Claudia and her team at h.o.m.e.s. were outstanding. From the very beginning of the relocation process, before we even set foot in Basel, through the home search, registration at the canton’s resident office, and addressing all the questions that came with adapting to a new culture and environment, they were there every step of the way. The team is highly professional and made our transition to a new country smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their services.

This spring my husband and I hired Claudia to help us find a new apartment in Basel because living in Geneva it was extremely difficult to do an apartment search ourselves. With Claudia's help, we found a very nice apartment that met all our needs and wishes. We are extremely grateful to her and her team's support during the apartment hunt, especially Claudia's brutally honest opinion on whether the location and price-performance ratio were really meeting our needs. Trust and honesty are very important in remote apartment viewing and we had both with Claudia!
